You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at
info@mudplugz.com with your order number and we’ll send you a prepaid
return label. Once it’s back in our hands, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Got a damaged or defective kit? Snap a pic, send it our way, and we’ll ship out a replacement ASAP.
We can’t accept returns on used kits or products not purchased directly from MudPlugz.com (we’ve got trust issues with third-party sellers).
