Warranty policy

MudPlugz products are backed by a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid for a period of [insert time frame, e.g., 1 year] from the original purchase date.

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, MudPlugz will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to the customer. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
